Collagen Protein Pancakes
Ingredients:
• 1 egg
• 2 tablespoons milk
• 2 tablespoons oatmeal (like ground oat flour)
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
• 1 scoop Green Whey
• 1 scoop Beyond Collagen powder
• 1 teaspoon coconut oil
• 1 teaspoon unsweetened peanut butter (for topping)
Instructions:
In a bowl, whisk the egg and milk well.
Add the oatmeal, whey protein, collagen, baking powder, and vanilla sugar and mix.
Once the mixture is slightly thick, lightly grease the pan (with coconut oil).
Pour small portions into the pan and cook over low heat, flipping to cook both sides. We can serve it by spreading peanut butter on top.
